SHIPPINg & RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products refunds will only be given if the item is returned in a resalable condition. We offer returns and refunds only within the 14 day legal window. Please note that if products are sent faulty, we will repair them free of charge within a 6 month window of purchase, however if the fault is not our own a refund will not be given. As our products are bespoke please note that the products may change e.g. log sizes, carpet colours, mat colours and paint colours, if you would like more information please go to FQA’s or contact us via email or live chat. If would like to return a product then please email us and we will send over the return information. 

Please note that we do not ship overseas and is strictly UK only, as a starting small business we are starting off UK only and therefor if an order from overseas does come to us we will not be able to process or except payments.
